Glucose Syrup
Glucose syrup is obtained by cornstarch partial hydrolysis, comprising dextrose, maltose and polysaccharides in variable proportions depending on conversion degree. Clear, viscous liquid which does not crystallize, slightly sweet, mild flavoured.
Properties and uses
It is used for candy, pastry, ice creams, nougat or bubble gum production, as well as other branches in food industry. It can also be used in other manufacturing activities such as tannery, metal plating, tobacco, etc.
Availability
In bulk, stainless steel tanks, built-in pump, delivery modules 8, 21, and 29 t. Expo: Plastic drums 300 kg - Flexitank 23000 kg
Storage
Clean tank, filtered air ventilation. Temperatures higher than 30°C can lead to colour development.
Shelf life
In optimal storage condition use before 2 months from manufacturing date. Export syrup, 12 months.
