Hydrolysed starch, food use.
Starch extracted from corn grain by wet milling process and modified by acid hydrolysis. Acid hydrolysis changes starch dough rheology without altering its natural properties. The modification allows higher a temperature cooking and application, as well as higher concentrations compared to native starch. It has three viscosity ranges: MF, AF and AF PLUS, according to modification degree.
