Fructose 55

55 Fructose, a levulose and dextrose solution obtained by total hydrolysis process of corn starch, followed by enzymatic conversion and further refining. It is a crystalline, colourless liquid. low viscosity and sweet flavoured.

Properties and uses

Due to its physico-chemical properties and sweetening power, Fructovil55 is used as a sugar substitute or inverted sugar in soft drinks, liqueurs or juices. It is also used in industrial processes that require sugar in liquid phase, such as breads, preserves and all food kinds.

Availability

In bulk, stainless steel tanks, built-in pump, delivery modules 8, 21, and 29 t.

Storage

Clean tank, filtered air ventilation. Temperatures higher than 40°C can lead to colour development.

Shelf life

In optimal storage condition use before 6 months from manufacturing date.
