Gluten meal

Byproduct of the corn wet milling. Ingredient of high energy –proteíns- that consists on concentrated of insoluble proteins of the grain of corn, containing minimum quantities of starch and corn fiber. It’s offered as flour with controlled granulometry of yellow-oranged color, due to the color of the carotene.

Properties and applications

Supplies vitamins, minerals and energy in poultry feeds. Pet food processors value it for it’s high digestibility and low residue.
